The Arizona State SunDevils are looking for a new head coach, according to Pete's report.
He graduated from Arizona State and is from Arizona.
Dennis Dodd of CBS Sports reported on Nov. 22 that there was a leader in the locker room for the SunDevils.
At Arizona State, he was an offensive assistant for two years. He was hired as a graduate assistant at Memphis in 2016 and worked his way up to being the team's offensive line coach by the end of last year.
He took over the same role at Florida State from 2020- 2021. He's in his first year as an offensive coach.
He has been eyed for the Arizona State head coaching position because of the success of Oregon's offense. Oregon's offense was the third-best in the nation, with an average of 511.2 total yards and 40.2 points per game.
Bo Nix has been in the Heisman conversation, having completed 72.4 percent of his passes for 3,062 yards and 25 touchdown against six turnovers, as well as rushing for 512 yards and 14 scores.

If hired by the Sun Devil, he would be the youngest head coach in the country.
Arizona State finished the season with a 3-9 record and lost to Arizona on Friday. The program was going to be brought back to prominence in the future.
Arizona State will be expected to contend for a title in the near future with USC and UCLA leaving the conference.
