Three Mcdonald's employees jumped into action when a customer went into labor in the bathroom.

According to a report from ABC News, Sha'querria Kaigler, Keisha Blue- Murray and Tunisia Woodward heard a woman screaming in the bathroom and found a customer working there.

The man who came out of the bathroom asked for help. Woodward told ABC News that when she went to check on the customer, she found her breathing heavily and screaming in pain.

Kaigler called for help as she and the other employees went to help the customer. Woodward held the woman's hand as she delivered her baby while the operator talked to the employees. The woman bit Woodward because she was in pain.

The woman gave birth to her baby before the paramedics arrived.

The local McDonald's branch owner gave the employees $250 gift cards for their service in assisting the customer, as a recognition of their work under stress.
