Tiger Woods and his son are hoping to do better than last year when they return to the tournament.

There is a field of 20 teams for winners of majors or the Players Championship. Woods has played three times. He and Charlie finished behind John and his son.

The event will be broadcast by NBC.

We have been looking forward to this week all year. This is a chance for a dad to compete with his son against some of the greatest players in the game. I know that we will have a great time this week.

Since missing the cut in the British Open, Woods has not competed. He is going to play in the Hero World Challenge in the Bahamas, a tournament against a field of the world's top players.

On December 10, he has a made-for-TV exhibition in which he will play a match with two other players.

There will be seven rounds in eighteen days.

Their fathers will be at the tournament. The Thomas family won in 2020.

A woman is playing with her child. A former Australian Open tennis champion and his daughter are included in the field.
