Running back Joe Mixon won't be with the team for Sunday's important game against the TennesseeTitans.

The concussion that Mixon suffered in the Week 11 win over the PittsburghSteelers has officially ruled him out of the game.

All three days of practice were missed by Mixon. The injury occurred in the first half. He was taken out after touching the ball 10 times for 62 yards on just 14 offensive snaps.

With Mixon out, it's likely that Samaje Perine will start for Cincinnati. The six-year veteran ran the ball with 30 yards on 11 carries but he excelled in the passing game with 52 yards and three touchdown catches.

There was some positive news on the injury front for the team. Ja'Marr Chase is questionable after having a great week of practice.

Chase has been out with a hip injury. The reigning offensive rookies of the year would have been placed on injured reserve and would have been out for four games.

Chase has been a limited practice participant over the last two days. Despite sitting out three games, he leads the team in receiving touchdown six and is second in reception and receiving yards.
