Have we ever defeated the US in a tournament? We need to make history. We need to perform well because we are good at talking highly of ourselves.

We will play a team that is very motivated and respectful of their opponent. I don't think we will be underestimating the USA because we know their players and they have good athletes.

Harry Maguire, who has received recent criticism but will gain his 50th international cap if he plays, was at the news conference.
