This year has been a great one. While prediction pieces always come with a large asterisk because no one knows what will happen in the future, our perspectives about 2022.

Natasha: Let’s talk about acquisitions

I predicted last year that M&A would include riskier ambitions. The hunger for a competitor and the obsession with collectibles were cited by me. The cap table wants to hear what they think their cap table wants to hear, so I reminded them to stay disciplined even amid a cash rich environment. Culture and technology are difficult to integrate.
