Kim talked to North West about her conception.

On the season two finale of "TheKardashians," Kim said that she and her husband conceived their first child on the day that they wore a custom dress designed by Rousteing.
Kim traveled to Paris with her daughter North West for Paris Fashion Week, where she was walking for a brand. They were styled by Rousteing for the Jean Paul Gaultier couture show.
During the time she was with North, Rousteing, and her mother Kris, she shared an anecdote about how she was in love with the gown he designed for her.
"Northie, I've known Olivier since you were a baby, and he gave Daddy this blue dress that he wanted for me," Kim told North while eating french fries. It was my birthday, the year before you were born, and I wore the dress, and I got pregnant, and you were in my belly the night I wore that dress.
"Olivier may have something to do with the reason you're here," she said.
The Angel Ball was held on October 22, 2012 and it was approximately eight months before North West's birthday.
In a 2016 Q&A video for the app, Rousteing talked about the dress and the conception of North. According to Refinery29, Rousteing said in the video that the first dress he made for Kim was a long, electric-blue dress that Ye asked for. The most amazing thing about the garment was that Kim wore it the night that North was conceived.
"Maybe it's a secret, but I know that he told me," Rousteing said in the video. I just wanted to let you know.
