Rodgers said that he has been dealing with a broken thumb for the last few weeks.

Aaron Rodgers confirmed today his right thumb has been broken since Week 5, when the injury happened on the last play in London.

The quarterback said he didn't consider surgery and was pushing through the pain.

Rodgers said that he's had worse injuries.

The veteran has looked better the last two weeks with five touchdown passes and no turnovers, despite the Packers having lost five games in a row.

Rodgers played through a fractured toe for much of the 2021 season. He was inactive when he tested positive for COVID-19.

Rodgers has earned the Most Valuable Player award in each of the last two years. He finished the year with 4,115 passing yards and 37 touchdown passes.

Rodgers has 2,560 passing yards and 19 touchdown in 11 games.

If the starter is forced to miss time, Jordan Love will be ready, but Rodgers is getting better.
