We can't have nice things because of this.

Jay Leno was released from a Los Angeles hospital on Monday after he was badly burned in a car fire earlier this month.

The man posed for a photo with the staff at the burn center before he left, showing some of the injuries he had. The hospital said in a news release that he would continue outpatient care for burns to his face, chest and hands.

The medical director said he was optimistic that Jay would make a full recovery.

NBC News reported on November 21st.

Leno said last Monday that he was doing well after suffering serious burns from a gasoline fire.

A vintage car went up in flames while Leno was in his LA garage. Leno keeps his cars at the facility.
