The power rankings have been changed. A group of more than 80 writers, editors and TV personality evaluated how teams are stacking up. The Minnesota Vikings, New York Giants and New York Jets have suffered losses. How far do the Dallas Cowboys and Washington Commanders go after winning? In addition to our updated rankings, we checked in with NFL Nation reporters across the league and asked them to name one person or aspect of their team that is not performing well. The kicking game is not as good as it has been in the past, but the Chiefs are still one of the best. One of their two losses was caused by a fumbled punt return. If the season ended today, butker's field goal rate would be the lowest of his six-year career. Week 11 ranking: 2 What is the reason why someone is not achieving? The special teams are made up of people. According to Football Outsiders, the Eagles ranked third on offense, fourth on defense and fourth overall. Special teams is ranked 22nd but everything is top-notch. In almost every game, there has been at least one mistake, from roughing the kicker to getting beat on fake punts. It seems like it will hurt Philadelphia in one of these games. Week 11 ranking: 5 What is the reason why someone is not achieving? The ball has security measures in place. While Josh Allen's overall performance has been down over the past four weeks, the unit has been hurting itself by turning the ball over. The Bills have the third-most turnovers in the league, with eight in the past four games, and Allen is second in the league in picks. The Bills have the highest turnover rate in the league. It's important to protect the ball in the final four games of the season. Week 11 ranking: 4 What is the reason why someone is not achieving? The special teams are made up of people. Miami's special teams have been one of the worst in the league despite the fact that the defense hasn't met expectations. The Miami Dolphins have the fifth-worst field goal rate in the league this season, thanks in part to the poor performance of their kicker. The Dolphins are allowing a league high 30.15 yards per kick return. There have been highlights, like a blocked punt returned for a touchdown, but there are plenty of areas for improvement as the season progresses. Week 11 ranking: 9 What is the reason why someone is not achieving? Defense run. After allowing more than 200 yards rushing in back-to-back games against the Lions and Packers, the Cowboys were better against Minnesota. The run defense has not been good. In seven games, the Cowboys have allowed at least 118 yards and have given up 43 runs of 10 or more. The run defense will be tested by the remaining players. The defense will have to stand their ground if they want to be elite. Week 11 ranking: 3 What is the reason why someone is not achieving? The pass defense should be used. The damage of one of the most porous pass defenses has been minimized by some well- timed picks. The second worst defensive mark in the league is being completed by opponents. Those throws are not very long. The average is higher than the league average. Unless one of their key players can compensate, the Vikings are vulnerable. Ryan Clark, Rex Ryan and Dan Orlovsky wonder if the Vikings are worthy of being in the top half of the conference. Week 11 ranking: 6 What is the reason why someone is not achieving? The game is deep. Lamar Jackson has not been able to stretch the field, connecting on just 24.2% of his passes that have traveled at least 20 yards in the air. The completion rate is the second worst in the league. It's no surprise that Baltimore has struggled to stretch the field since the trade of Marquise Brown and the season-ending injury of Rashod Bateman. The defense will stack the box against the Ravens until Jackson makes them pay. Week 11 ranking: 8 What is the reason why someone is not achieving? The special teams are made up of people. The 49ers invested a lot of money in this group in order to improve their 26th ranked unit in the league in 2021. The return work of Ray-Ray McCloud III appears to be a strong addition. Robbie Gould has an 81.3% field goal rate, but he has had two kicks blocked and has had an attempt diverted. Week 11 ranking: 11 What is the reason why someone is not achieving? The passing game was being played. Over the last two weeks, the passing game has shown signs of improvement. Tennessee has 1,830 passing yards, which is 31st in the league. No one player has become a go-to pass-catching option for the team. Two players have had 100 yard receiving games. A turf toe injury ended the career of a promising young receiver for the TennesseeTitans when he was close to having a big game. In Week 10 he had three catches and in Week 11 he had five. Week 11 ranking: 7 What is the reason why someone is not achieving? The wide receiver. It has been four years since Daniel Jones was last helped. The group has failed again. Kadarius Toney was traded and Kenny Golladay has only four catches for 51 yards this season. The Giants have started in-season additions Marcus Johnson and Isaiah Hodgins and they are their leading receiver. Their receiver has produced the 26th-most yards and just five touchdown. Week 11 ranking: 13 What is the reason why someone is not achieving? Defense run. Cincinnati's strengths from a year ago have gotten worse. The worst team in the league when it comes to allowing their opponents to convert on third-down rushes is the Bengal's. Cincinnati has been gashed on the ground far too often this season and getting DJ Reader back in the fold should boost the unit. Week 11 ranking: 12 What is the reason why someone is not achieving? Dee Eskridge is a wide receiver. There aren't a lot of choices on the team because they have exceeded expectations. They haven't received much from Eskridge. He hasn't done much this year, with seven catches for 58 yards, and he didn't do much during his first year. As Seattle's fourth receiver, Eskridge's best chance might be on special teams now that he has taken over kick returns. Week 11 ranking: 17 What is the reason why someone is not achieving? The passing game was being played. Washington invested in a new quarterback and drafted a wide receiver in the first round in order to pair him with another player. The passing attack ranked 21st in yards per game, 25th in yards per try and 28th in completion percentage. The run game left the Commanders in bad third-down situations because the protection didn't give it to him and the offense took time to fully acclimate to it. The injuries have played a part. They're 4-1 with quarterback Taylor Heinicke and it's more about the run game and defense. The passing game could get better as protection improves and players get healthier. Week 11 ranking: 14 What is the reason why someone is not achieving? It was passing offense that caused the problem. Mac Jones has taken at least four sacks in three straight games, and the Pats are the only team in the league that hasn't scored a touchdown in the first quarter. He only had one game in which he got at least four sacks. The goal in the off-season was to simplify the offense, but it hasn't worked out. Week 11 ranking: 10 What is the reason why someone is not achieving? Wilson is a quarterback. Wilson was supposed to be Josh Allen in year two, but he hasn't improved as much as hoped. His completion rate is the same as last year. Wilson has reduced the number of his picks. His QBR is up but his command of the position and his basic skills have gone down. If Wilson had been average, the Jets would have been 8-2. Ryan doesn't think that Wilson took the blame for his poor performance against the Pats. Week 11 ranking: 15 What is the reason why someone is not achieving? There is an offense. Tom Brady has a rebuilt interior offensive line and that Rob Gronkowski and Antonio Brown are no longer on the team. This group's scoring production has almost been cut in half, and it has a lot of talent. They're starting to tap into their potential, but they're still having to rely on the defense. Week 11 ranking: 16 What is the reason why someone is not achieving? Defense run. The worst team in the league is the Bolts. It's inexplicable how poorly they have stopped the run despite the fact that they are thin up front. It's true that coach Brandon Staley blames their inability to stop runs on them. The problem with allowing runs of more than 40 yards and 50 yards is that it is a problem they must correct. Week 11 ranking: 20 What is the reason why someone is not achieving? Kyle is a tight end. It could have been unfair to start the season with so much expectation. The tight end moved into a new offense with a new quarterback after putting up a 1,000 yard season as a rookies. He takes immense pride in being asked to do different things in the offense. The receiving production is not as good as it was a year ago, with 28 catches for 355 yards and two scores. He will be out at least four games after being placed on injured reserve with an injured right knee. Week 11 ranking: 18 What is the reason why someone is not achieving? The staff is defensive. The Packers' defense was given a unit with seven first-round picks and four veteran free agents who were supposed to help offset the offense's transition year. From week to week, the defensive staff has been slow to adapt. This season has been ruined by coverage breakdowns and an inability to stop the run. What is the reason why someone is not achieving? Pass rush outside.
The pass rush has not been dependent on the edge players like it has been in the past. Only a small amount of Arizona's sacks have been from edge defenders. Through 10 games last season, at least 15 of the team's sacks were from the edge. The edge rush's struggles have been caused by the loss of one of their key players. Nine of the 19 sacks this season have been accounted for by J.J. Watt andZach Allen. The two are basically the pass rush of the Cards, according to the defensive coach.

What is the reason why someone is not achieving? The defensive backs are strong.
The defensive back position was one of the deepest in the team. With the trade of C.J.Gardner-Johnson, injuries to Marshon Lattimore and Bradley Roby, and disappointing results from free agent additions, this group hasn't done as well as it could have. The emergence of Alontae Taylor is one bright spot. The defense as a whole haven't done as well as they could have.

What is the reason why someone is not achieving? The offensive line is made up of offensive and defensive linemen.
The Colts relied too much on the idea that having three solid players on the offensive line would make up for their weaknesses. They were wrong about that, and they underestimated the performance of their returning vets. A revolving door at left tackle is a recipe for disaster for the Colts. One of the team's perceived weaknesses has become a problem because of the regression of Pro Bowl center Ryan Kelly. The cascading effect can be seen in the drop in production by the Colts' top skill players, with running back Jonathan Taylor and wideout Michael Pittman Jr.

What is the reason why someone is not achieving? Defense run.
It's not a good time to point out that the Lions have won three games in a row for the first time in over a year and the Giants have been held to 22 yards off 15 carries. Defending the run is a weakness. Detroit is giving up more rushing yards per game than any other team and is giving up more rushing attempts than any other team.

What is the reason why someone is not achieving? There is an offense.
The Rams' offense didn't look like the one that won the Super Bowl last season. The number of injuries they have dealt with on the offensive line is a big part of that. The starting offensive line has been different in every game this season. They are the only team in the Super Bowl era that has used different starting five-man offensive line combinations in each of their first 10 games. In the Rams' loss to the Saints, Los Angeles couldn't move the ball consistently.

What is the reason why someone is not achieving? There is a rush of people passing.
The Bears can't generate pressure on their quarterbacks. There have been no defensive linemen with more than 2.0 sacks this year. The Bears rank 31st in sacks with 15 through 11 games, and there isn't much that can be done to change that. In Week 11 of the season, the Chicago Bears did not sack Marcus Mariota and only got pressure on four of his dropbacks. The Bears are 27th in sack rate, 24th in tackles for loss, and last in quarterback hits.

What is the reason why someone is not achieving? There is a rush of people passing.
Considering they have two first-round picks on the edges, it's a huge disappointment that the Jags have just 16 sacks. Walker has 2.5 sacks and six quarterback hits. Josh Allen leads the team with 13 quarterback hits. Allen is one of the league's leaders in quarterback pressures, but the Jaguars were expecting more from him. The team's best player is a reserve.

What is the reason why someone is not achieving? There is a rush of people passing.
Maxx Crosby has nine sacks, but no other Raiders player has more than one. The free agent pickup who signed a three-year, $51 million deal to join Las Vegas is credited with half a sack. The Raiders have a low number of sacks.

What is the reason why someone is not achieving? The offense was in the red zone.
The red zone offense is the most glaring area in which the team has failed this year. About half of the red zone trips they score touchdown on. In Sunday's loss, they were able to score three times, but they haven't been able to score enough points. It might be a sign that things are close to turning around, but the offense won't have proved anything until it is consistent.

What is the reason why someone is not achieving? The entire defense was put in place.
The Cleveland defense is one of the best in the league. It's been one of the worst. The defensive backfield and defensive front have been porous against the run. The team hasn't been able to force a lot of turnovers. The result is a unit that is last in points allowed and expected points allowed. Cleveland is on the verge of being eliminated from the playoffs because of a poor defense.

What is the reason why someone is not achieving? There is an offense.
It is in all caps. Everyone from the coaches to the quarterback to the players is responsible for their actions. The Broncos have had too many mistakes, too many curious calls, too many what-was-that decisions, too many turnovers and too few touchdown. The league-leading list of players on injured reserve, including running back Javonte Williams, has not helped, but the recap of this season will be topped with this offense's failures.

What is the reason why someone is not achieving? A quarterback.
Poor play at quarterback is one of the reasons the Carolinas are losing games. Baker Mayfield is the worst starter in the league. If he had enough playing time to qualify, PJ Walker would be 3-4 as the starter with a total QBR of 23.8, which would be next to last. It hasn't been pretty, and there's a chance that Sam Darnold will start this week. The Total QBR was better than only two quarterbacks.

What is the reason why someone is not achieving? The quarterback is Davis Mills.
Mills was given the chance to prove he could be the leader of the future. He has gone backwards in a few categories. The completion rate is now 61.9%.
