The University of Florida pulled its scholarship offer to quarterback prospect Marcus Stokes after he used the N-word.
A two-second clip showed the white player singing along to a rap song with the N-word in his car.
He apologized for losing his scholarship offer.

He respects the University of Florida's decision to withdraw his scholarship offer to play football.
On July 7th, after receiving offers from Penn State, Pittsburgh, Utah and more, he decided to stay in Florida.
The 23rd-best quarterback in the country is a 4-star recruit from Nease High. He was one of two players to commit to the position for Florida in the class of 2023.
It's not allowed for universities to comment on prospects until they sign their letter of intent.
