Kanye West says he's selling Balenciaga, Adidas, and Gap hoodies for $20 after the companies all cut ties with him

In a video published by celebrity news site X17, Ye says he's selling hoodies for $20 in a video. Ten employees are working with sewing machines at the Los Angeles workshop of the rapper-turned- fashion designer. Hundreds of garments are hung on rails, or laid out on tables and across the floor, as West confirmed he will run for president again in 2024. It's not clear if the fashion houses' hoodies are part of this, or a separate endeavor, as they are un branded.

The companies all cut ties with Ye after he made antisemitic comments.

Ye said that they needed to make sure everyone received the same level of cuts.

Ye was suspended for saying he will go "death con3" on Jewish people.

He gave one of the jackets he designed to the cameraman and then corrected him on his new name.

"As a species we need to update together," he said before acknowledging that it would take a while. When they say "diversity," people think it's a good thing, but we are the United States of America.

Gap and adidas did not reply to Insider's request for comment.
