In the first three months of the year, the bank replaced 15,000 branch visits with digital self-service. Digital productivity software was used by the company to make it easier for call center employees to handle complex queries.

An e-sign tool has been implemented across the organization. Adoption of these familiar digital tools greatly sped up document processing, reducing signing times of non-disclosure agreements, statements of work, and contracts by 96 percent.
