Thousands of supporters, including England and United States fans, faced chaos at the World Cup in Qatar on Monday as theFIFA app crashed, meaning they were unable to access their tickets

Fans were unable to transfer tickets to friends with whom they planned to attend the U.S. men's game due to the disappearance of tickets on theFIFA app.

You can watch the LaLiga, Bundesliga, and more on the U.S. based on your location.

Fans with problems were told to go to the exhibition center in the west bay section. There was a line of 500 fans outside the building and fans were worried that they wouldn't be able to attend the match.

At England against Iran, some users reported that tickets had disappeared from the application altogether, while others were sent to either stadium specific help centers or the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre in West Bay to resolve various problems.

According to sources, the issues are being worked on by FIFA. Hundreds of fans are still trying to get to the ground as the players walk out of the stadium after the game.

Some England fans said that the security measures outside the stadium were excessive.

Some fans have been told to go to West Bay, where they can get a printed ticket, for the game.

Some spectators are having an issue with access to their tickets through the app. The issue is being solved by football's world governing body. Fans who don't have access to their mobile tickets should check their email accounts for further instructions.

The stadium's Ticket Resolution Point will be able to help fans if they can't access their email. We want fans to know that we are working to fix the issue as quickly as possible.
