Staff posts on the anonymous professional network say that Meta's chief technology officer is discouraging employees from writing about the company. According to staff, Andrew "Boz" Bosworth told them that the site was bad for their mental health and that they should get off the platform.

The CTO talked about how bad blind is for your mental health. One Meta employee posted on Blind that he addressed many of the discussions in just a few minutes.

It's so funny because he's the one in charge of Metaverse efforts, and he reads Blind on an ongoing basis. Imagine reading a lot of threads about your game.

A few other Meta staff chimed in, with one writing that "he's right, but he also has no legs to stand on," and another saying "my CTO is blind"

Blind said it has more than 64,000 Meta employees sign up on its platform, which it said was more than three quarters of the workforce.

The Meta staff joined Blind the day before the Facebook founder announced the job cuts.

"Get off Blind" is a quote posted on Blind by another Meta employee. It isn't good. It is a source of false information. There were a lot of people who posted alleged confirmations. They were made up on Blind.

There were no consultants involved in this. I was going to quit according to some people. I'm going to stay here. I'm stuck with you. Do you want to get off of Blind?

Blind requires users to provide their work email address, job title and employer when they join. He said that it proves that there is no other better way to understand what people are thinking. Executives and companies may feel uncomfortable when they read the discussions, but they're still on it because they need it.

Meta didn't reply to a request for comment.
