Cohen has said in the past that one of Trump's children could be working with the FBI. The Espionage Act and two other federal laws are being investigated by the Department of Justice.
Cohen said in August that a person working with the FBI is part of his inner circle.
Cohen told Insider that he would not be surprised if it was one of his kids.
Cohen was a member of the inner circle. He was sentenced to prison for tax evasion, campaign finance violations, and bank fraud. The New York Supreme Court disbarred him in February of 2019.
He categorically denied being a DOJ Informant.
