The FBI and Mexican prosecutors are investigating the death of a woman from North Carolina who was found in a body bag in Mexico.

A 25-year-old woman from Charlotte traveled to the resort city of San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, with six friends to celebrate a birthday. She was dead less than a day later.

Robinson's family just wants to know what happened. They feel they have only been given conflicting stories from her friends about what happened to her.

She wasn't feeling well, according to them. Robinson had an alcohol poisoning that her mother said she got from one of her friends. They couldn't get a pulse Each person that was with her was telling a different story.

Things didn't add up to the person. Her daughter was going to dinner with the group after talking to her mother. She was dead by the time the sun came up.

"Well, mother, I'm about to eat," she said. I said okay. Don't worry, enjoy yourself. You have a great time. I will speak to you tomorrow.

Robinson had a broken neck and a cracked spine, but the family didn't learn about it until after he died. Alcohol was not mentioned in the report. According to a death certificate obtained by Queens City News, Robinson's death was caused by a serious injury to her spine. The report stated that the time between injury and death was fifteen minutes. Robinson was found unconscious in the living room of the villa, according to the certificate.

The man told the outlet that he wouldn't be at ease until someone was arrested.

There was a villa property listed on cabovillas.com. A doctor was enlisted by the company's concierge to give Robinson cardiopulmonary assistance, according to a company spokesman. She died at 3 p.m.

The incident that took place at a private villa in Los Cabos is currently being investigated as an isolated criminal matter. When the investigation is over, additional information will be made available.

Robinson didn't return from the trip. The body of Robinson was returned to the family after two weeks of transportation fees.

Gerald Jackson posted video footage that he claims shows a woman attacking Robinson. Robinson's mother believes that the other people in the video are the people on the trip with Robinson.

Jackson told the Daily Beast that the person who sent the video to him was a friend of his family.

The video shows a woman hitting Robinson with punches as she tries to get her balance. Robinson was told to at least fight back.

When she heard about her sister, Long fell to her knees. The video wassickening, she said.

No Arrests have been made so far. According to Yahoo News, the office of the Attorney General in North Carolina is not involved in the matter.

Robinson will be laid to rest in Charlotte. The family needs help with legal and funeral costs.
