According to multiple team sources, Denver Broncos coach Nathaniel Hackett has given the playcalling duties to quarterbacks coach/passing game coach Klint Kubiak for the game against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Sources say that Hackett made the decision as the team headed into the weekend, and that Kubiak handled those duties in practice this week. It's not clear whether he'll call plays for the rest of the season.

The Broncos are last in the league in scoring, last in red zone offense, last in third down conversions and last in goal-to-go situations. They have scored more than 19 points in two of their three games this season.

The Broncos scored one more touchdown than the Chubbs.

Gary was the head coach of the Broncos when they won their first Super Bowl in 50 years. He worked for both his father's and Joseph's teams.

The first report said that the plays would be called by the coach.

He was surprised by the Broncos' struggles on offense.

It hasn't looked like what we want it to look like, so you are always disappointed as a coach.

The first year a Super Bowl was played, before it was even called the Super Bowl, the Broncos' points per game is their lowest in 50 years.

The Broncos have lost five one- score games this season, and they had several game management issues early in the year. Russell Wilson has worn a wristband in the past two games and that has made the plays more efficient.
