I like to listen to music. I usually stick to instrumental tunes when I'm at my desk because I need to focus. I feel like someone is talking to me as I try to come up with my own words.
I head straight to my desk after making a cup of coffee when I work from home. My partner and I watch something together in the living room after work. I play music when I go to the gym. I used to take two 30-minute subway trips to play my favorite artists and discover new music. My old job required an hour-long drive to get me to listen to burned CDs in my dad's car. It's great that I don't have to sit still for a period of time, but it also means less music time.
An addiction to vinyl is one hobby that has helped. I spin records when I clean on Sunday mornings. I have a secondary solution. There is a speaker in the shower I can play tracks I haven't listened to in a long time for a few minutes a day with it. Ampere's Shower Power Pro automatically roars to life when I start my shower, and it's hydro-powered, so I don't have to charge it.

There is hydro power.
The shower power is one of the first things Ampere did outside of its wheelhouse. The Shower Power and the Shower Power Pro are available. Since February, I've been testing it. Ampere says that the Pro model has better sound and a ring of LEDs at the end.
If your bathroom is dimly lit, I don't use the LEDs. The Pro model is slated to get an app that will let you track water usage and temperature, but even after more than nine months, it's not out. I would keep the basic shower power to save some money. Put your hand in the shower to see if it's hot or not.
It's made from recycled ocean plastic and it feels good. It's easy to install. I have had no problems with it after testing it on three different shower heads. Ampere has a lot of instructions that show how to install it with different heads, but you have to attach it between the shower arm and the bathroom tiling.
You can hear the whir of the turbine when you connect the speaker to the side. The speaker has an IPX7 water resistance rating so it's safe. It's not limited to your bathroom because you can twist the speaker to connect it to the house.
