Nearly two years have passed since Trump was banned from the platform. Trump's critics had speculated that he would use his return to social media to re-inspire his baseless claims that he was the true winner of the election.
Following Musk's deal to buy the company, it was expected that Trump would return to the social networking site.
It was not correct for Musk to say that banning Donald Trump was a mistake. Donald Trump didn't lose his voice because of it. I don't think it was a good idea.
Andrew Tate, a boxer who had a five-year ban overturned, is one of several accounts that Musk has restored recently.
The company's legal and public policy head was involved in the decision to ban Trump. After the purchase was finalized, he was fired by Musk.
