According to sources, Philadelphia 76ers star Tyrese Maxey will be out for three to four weeks because of a broken foot.

The extent of Maxey's injury, which occurred late in the first half of Philadelphia's win, was revealed on Saturday.

76ers coach Doc Rivers said after Friday night's win that Maxey was in a boot to protect his foot. I don't know if he's going to be a good one.

James Harden is still recovering from a foot injury and will be out until mid-December. According to Harden, he should be back on schedule by the beginning of December.

Maxey was hurt in the first half when he landed awkwardly on his foot after being called for a foul. He grimaced and yelled as he hopped up the ramp behind the basket, then hobbled back to the foul line and made two free throws.

Maxey left the court and went to Philadelphia's locker room. He was ruled out at the start of the second half.

Maxey scored 24 points in the first half of Friday's game, tying the second most of any half in his career. He has averaged career-highs in points, assists, and steals in his first two NBA seasons, and is on track for a third.

Simmons will play his first game against his former team since he was traded for Harden on Tuesday when Philadelphia plays the Nets.

In November, the 76ers play two games in Florida and one in Charlotte before playing Atlanta and Cleveland.

With both Harden and Maxey out, there will be more pressure on the shoulders of Embiid, who averaged 40 points per game last week, including an amazing 59-point performance in a win over Utah.
