Chris has predicted the outcome of all 64 games at the World Cup.

France takes on Australia in the first game of the group, followed by England against Iran and the United States against Wales.

Each group has two teams going through to the knockout stage.

He thinks Brazil will win the World Cup, that England will reach the quarter-finals, and that Wales won't get out of their group.

GROUP A

Sunday, 20 November
Qatar v Ecuadorx-x0-1
Monday, 21 November
Senegal v Netherlandsx-x0-2

The Netherlands and Senegal were the pre-tournament favorites. The two countries will finish third and fourth.

Qatar v Ecuador

Qatar v Ecuador (20 November, 16:00 GMT)

I don't think that home advantage will pay off for the country. It will be very difficult for them to get out of this group.

There won't be a lot of goals in the opening game, but they should still find a way to win it.

He predicted 0-1.

Senegal v Netherlands

Senegal v Netherlands (21 November, 16:00)

This is the first game I'm co-commentating on, and I'm at it.

Sadio Mane is out of the tournament, which is a big blow to the country. Even though he was in the team, they couldn't score goals.

If they get to the knockout stages, the lack of cutting edge may cost them.

The Netherlands will make it to the last 16 and I think they will surprise a few people.

I am not sure if the Dutch are a dark horse because they have a strong international side.

They have a lot of talented players. They should get off to a good start if they click.

The prediction was 2-0.

GROUP B

Monday, 21 November
England v Iranx-x1-0
Monday, 21 November
USA v Walesx-x2-1

England and the United States will win the tournament. Iran and Wales finished in the top four.

England v Iran

England v Iran (21 November, 13:00)

I am expecting England to win all of their games in the tournament and hope they build some confidence as the tournament goes on.

The position of the centre-back terrifies me and I think everyone is waiting to see if the coach will use three or four at the back, or if Harry will start against Iran.

Is he going to use the group games to get back to his best, since he hasn't played many games for Manchester United this season? England can't afford to make any mistakes if they want to win them.

Iran drew with Portugal at the last World Cup so this shouldn't be seen as a pushover, and they have a threat up front in the shape of Mehdi Taremi.

I don't think England will be easy to beat in their first game.

The prediction is 0-1.

USA v Wales

USA v Wales (21 November, 19:00)

It's all about this first game for Wales, and whether they reach the last 16 or not, and what worries me most is the fitness of Bale, Ramsey and Allen.

In order to get the likes of Daniel James and Brennan Johnson to run off Kieffer Moore, Wales will have to find other players.

They need big performances from Bale, Ramsey and Allen if they want to make an impact in Qatar. I don't know who would step up if they didn't.

I don't think Wales will make it through this game. The United States are a young team and most of them are new to a World Cup so I'm going for them to edge it.

The prediction was 1-2.

GROUP C

Tuesday, 22 November
Argentina v Saudi Arabiax-x3-0
Tuesday, 22 November
Mexico v Polandx-x0-0

Argentina and Mexico are the pre-tournament favorites to win the tournament. Saudi Arabia finished fourth.

Argentina v Saudi Arabia

Argentina v Saudi Arabia (22 November, 10:00)

Saudi Arabia was humiliated by Russia in the opening game of the World Cup and they are worried they will be treated the same.

Everyone is talking about whether this will be Messi's year, but the whole Argentina team are playing well, scoring lots of goals, and that will not be a problem here.

The prediction was made by the man.

Mexico v Poland

Mexico v Poland (22 November, 16:00)

Mexico has an experienced side, but they haven't been performing well recently.

Poland is not flying either, and their hopes rest with two players who have been great this season, Barcelona's Robert Lewandowski and Napoli's Piotr Zielinski

This group isn't easy to call. I don't think Mexico will win second place, but I do think they will start with a draw.

The prediction was made by Sutton.

GROUP D

Tuesday, 22 November
Denmark v Tunisiax-x1-0
Tuesday, 22 November
France v Australiax-x2-0

France andDenmark are the pre-tournament favorites to win the tournament. Australia and Tunisia finished in the top four.

Denmark v Tunisia

Denmark v Tunisia (22 November, 13:00)

Tunisia's strength is at the back and one of their key men is Ellyes Skhiri.

The main task for the Danes will be to break them down.

The prediction is 0-1.

France v Australia

France v Australia (22 November, 19:00)

It's a mistake that Australia didn't pick Tom Rogic. Mooy's experience will help him in the squad.

They will be confident until they run into France, because Graham Arnold's side have won five in a row.

The holders are my best bet to win it again. They would be shocked if they didn't start with a win.

He predicted a 2-0 win.

GROUP E

Wednesday, 23 November
Germany v Japanx-x1-2
Wednesday, 23 November
Spain v Costa Ricax-x3-0

Spain and Japan are the pre-tournament favorites to win the tournament. Germany and Costa Rica finished in the top four.

Germany v Japan

Germany v Japan (22 November, 13:00)

Group B is being referred to as the group of death because it seems more difficult.

Most people think Germany will join Spain in the last 16, but don't underestimate Japan, they have some talented technical players.

I am not sure about the Germans. Their form in the past year or so suggests they could be soft, and Japan will have a chance here.

He predicted 1-2.

Spain v Costa Rica

Spain v Costa Rica (22 November, 16:00)

Spain has a lot of young talent in the middle of the field. Costa Rica aren't likely to give them a severe test.

Costa Rica don't score a lot of goals but they are a direct side when they do attack.

The prediction was made by the man.

GROUP F

Wednesday, 23 November
Morocco v Croatiax-x1-1
Wednesday, 23 November
Belgium v Canadax-x2-0

Belgium and Croatia are the pre-tournament favorites to win the tournament. Canada and Morocco finished in the top four.

Morocco v Croatia

Morocco v Croatia (23 November, 10:00)

The team that went out in the group stage at the World Cup was Morocco. They play open and expansive football so they should be just as entertaining.

They may just get something out of Croatia, who have got some younger players to go with the experience of the survivors from the side that reached the final in 2018? I don't know what to expect from them.

On paper, you would think at least one of the two European teams makes it.

The prediction was one point.

Belgium v Canada

Belgium v Canada (23 November, 19:00)

It's good to see Canada at the World Cup for the first time in 26 years, because they are a trendy team.

They finished fourth in Group F, but I am not ruling them out of causing a shock or two if Alphonso Davies and Jonathan David are able to score.

Belgium are the obvious choice as group winners and they should win this opening game, but I have reservations about them in defence, with Roberto Martinez still relying on Jan Vertonghen and Toby Alderweireld, who are both getting on a bit now.

There are questions going forward. It feels like a long time since we saw Hazard at his best, so they are probably not going into this World Cup as strong as they were.

He predicted a 2-0 win.

GROUP G

Thursday, 24 November
Switzerland v Cameroonx-x1-1
Thursday, 24 November
Brazil v Serbiax-x2-1

Brazil and Serbia are the pre-tournament favorites to win the tournament. They finished third and fourth, respectively.

Switzerland v Cameroon

Switzerland v Cameroon (24 November, 10:00)

I don't think Switzerland will have the same effect at the World Cup as they did at Euro 2020.

Xherdan Shaqiri has been their go-to man for the past few years but he is playing in the MLS now so a lot will rest on the shoulders of Granit Xhaka and Noah Okafor

These two sides and Serbia are playing for second place in the group behind Brazil and I don't think they have the strength in their defence to get them through to the last 16.

The prediction was one point.

Brazil v Serbia

Brazil v Serbia (24 November, 19:00)

Serbia don't have a lot of depth in their squad, but they have a lot of talented players in their strongest XI, which will be a problem at set-pieces.

I don't expect any surprises with the result, but they might give Brazil a scare or two.

In the past 29 games, Brazil has only lost one game, against Argentina in the 2021.

The best diver at the World Cup is also the best scorer, and we will probably see him do a bit of both over the next few weeks.

The prediction was 1-2.

GROUP H

Thursday, 24 November
Uruguay v South Koreax-x1-1
Thursday, 24 November
Portugal v Ghanax-x3-1

Portugal and South Korea are the two pre-tournament favorites to win the tournament. Third and fourth place went to the two countries.

Uruguay v South Korea

Uruguay v South Korea (24 November, 13:00)

I have changed my mind a few times about who would be in this group.

South Korea lack a cutting edge, even though they are able to control games through their possession.

We don't know if Son Heung-min will be able to play in this game, but his form for Spurs this season was patchy even before he fractured his eye sockets.

The prediction was one point.

Portugal v Ghana

Portugal v Ghana (24 November, 16:00)

This is a difficult game for the lowest ranked team in the tournament to start with.

Portugal have some world-class players in their squad, but I am not sure how they will fit together with a player who has thrown his toys out of the pram. He blames everyone else rather than himself.

He loves to be the center of attention but now he has to let his football do the talking.
