"I Won't Back Down" was used in the campaign of the Republican who lost the Arizona governor race.

The 1989 hit song was stolen and used without permission or a license to promote a failed campaign.

According to the Arizona Republic, Lake's campaign used a song in a video on her trial on the campaign trail. The video highlighted Lake's refusal to accept the election results and her claims that the elections were rigged against her.

"Arizona, we are still in the fight," Lake said in the video. Lake said in the video that he was doing everything in his power to correct the wrongs.

The governor's race in Arizona was called a victory by the Secretary of State who beat the pro-Trump Republican.

This isn't the first time the estate of the artist has objected to the use of his music. After the song "I Won't Back Down" was played at a rally for Donald Trump, his family issued a cease- and-desist notice. Many artists objected to the use of their songs in the campaign of Donald Trump.
