The company isn't being shy about updating its vast phone lineup to the new operating system.

The speed at which OneUI 5 isn't being rolled out is highlighted in a Friday post by the company. The schedule it posted outlines the devices it plans to update each month until the end of 2022.

The S21, S20, and Note 20 series were updated by the company. The mid-range A-Series devices have begun to be updated. The first tablets to get the update were the Tab S8 and Tab S8 Plus.

Despite the fact that the update is fairly fast, the company wants to bring it to consumers more quickly.

The company said that "'OneUI 5' was first updated for the S22 users on the 24th of last month." User feedback will be listened to and the OneUI will be updated faster and with better quality.

According to the sounds of it, the company wants to bring the new version of the operating system to consumers as quickly as possible. When the update arrives later next year, the Pixel will likely be the first to get it, but it would be great if it could be rolled out quickly. It's not out of the realm of possibility because of the company's relationship with the internet giant. In many cases, security patches are issued faster by the company than by the search engine.

There isn't a lot of information about the update. Satellite connections will be introduced with the update, and we know that the update will include seamless updates. We should know a lot more about what to expect when the first developer preview rolls around.
