A former clinical psychologist for the San Antonio Spurs has agreed to settle a lawsuit against the team and Joshua Primo, the team's 2021 lottery pick, who was accused of multiple acts of indecent exposure.

The parties have agreed to resolve the matter according to attorney Tony Buzbee. We have no further comment.

According to the lawsuit, the franchise "ignored her repeated reports" of the incidents in which Primo exposed himself to her.

According to the lawsuit, the first report of Primo's misdeeds was made to Spurs management. Her contract wasn't renewed in August.

Less than three weeks after the Spurs exercised their third-year option on his contract, Primo was released.

RC Buford, CEO of the Spurs, said in a statement that the situation regarding Josh Primo is a serious matter. Measures have been taken to ensure that all parties are treated with respect and dignity after learning of the allegations. We owe it to our players, staff and community to do that.

We continually evaluate and refine our processes so they reflect the values and culture of who we aspire to be every day. In order to improve our workplace processes and procedures, we will be collaborating with experts. We are certain that this is a learning opportunity that will help us move forward.
