Due to a winter storm expected to hit Western New York over the next few days, the Buffalo Bills home game against the Cleveland Browns will be moved to Detroit.

As the region prepares for the storm, the team decided to move the game from Highmark Stadium.

The actual time of the game is not expected to be snowy. Traveling will be more difficult due to wind gusts.

"They've been through it before, we've been through it before and handled it well, that's all I can say," Bills coach Sean McDermott said on Wednesday. The football team has to get ready to play a game and execute, so it's a good football team coming in here. resources were available for other needs in the community and for the safety of people in the area. The Bills beat the Colts in overtime in a major snow game in upstate New York.

The Bills played the Jets at Ford Field due to a snowstorm. That game was won by the Bills 383. This year's schedule is less flexible because of the Bills' Thanksgiving game in Detroit.

The Bills practiced in the fieldhouse on Wednesday but were outside on Thursday. The Bills are dealing with a number of illnesses. Three players missed Thursday's practice because they were sick.

The Bills will not play a home game again until December.
