Tyler Polumbus is a former offensive lineman for the Denver Broncos.

According to Polumbus, Wilson is not happy with the play-calling of the head coach. The nine-time Pro Bowler is not happy with the situation.

Polumbus said thatRussell was losing his mind. He is at the line of scrimmage. The men don't know what the sounds are. Guys don't know what codewords are when he uses them.

"Russ is losing his mind out there-- he's using audibles from the Seahawks. The guys don't know the audibles. He's using codewords that the guys don't know"

At Football Outsiders, the Broncos are ranked 31st in offensive efficiency. They acquired Wilson and gave him a five-year, $245 million extension, but this isn't where they thought it would be.

Wilson's performance is part of the problem. He is on track to set career lows in completion rate, touchdown percentage, passer rating and QBR.

The Seattle Seahawk's relationship with the best player in franchise history deteriorated to a point where he wanted out of the team.

It's possible that Seattle knew what it was doing.

Polumbus' report can be seen as a symptom of a disappointing start for the team. People will point fingers one day.

The details are in line with what happened before and after Wilson's departure from Seattle.

Wilson was described as a lot more high-maintenance by an NFL general manager.

Wilson "outlined his own ideas for how to fix the offense" and "even pushed for influence within the organization regarding scheme and personnel" according to Sando.

In September, Brady Henderson wrote a postmortem about Wilson wanting out of the organization. He was given misleading information about how his game was aging.

The same issues were experienced by Seattle and Denver.

The Broncos are already shading him to members of the media. The knives are going to come out in the first year of his contract.

The Broncos have the ability to make a coaching change and upgrade their receiving corps in the future. This isn't good for how his tenure will go.
