The operating companies that run the arena have been taken over by MikeAshley.
The three businesses that have been placed into administration have been put up for sale.
Doug King will buy an 85% stake in the club from the city.
His offer to buy the stadium was rejected by a court.
There wasn't enough substance in King's attempt to delay the order.
According to King, his offer to buy the club, which is subject to English Football League approval, would go forward regardless of the court's decision.
The court was told that the energy bill for the three companies was £2,000 and they had only a small amount of money left in their bank accounts.
Lawyers told the court that the companies would need to raise a minimum of £300,000 and a maximum of £645,000 by the end of the month.
There's more to come.
