Drew Hammill, Pelosi's spokesman, said she has been overwhelmed by calls from colleagues, friends and supporters and has been monitoring returns in the critical states.
The statement didn't say if the address will be public or if it will be a private one.
The Republicans are expected to hold a single digit majority in the House after hitting the 218 seat threshold.
It would be Pelosi's third term as House Minority Leader.
