Four people were shot and killed on a charter bus after they returned from a class trip. The running back is in the hospital. A fifth student was also shot and released from the hospital.
Christopher Jones Jr., a former football player at the University of Virginia, was arrested Monday. During his first court appearance, he was denied bail.
Jones is charged with three counts of second degree murder, two counts of malicious wounding, and additional gun related charges. He didn't say anything Wednesday.
The home game against Coastal Carolina was canceled earlier in the day. The final game of the season will be against Virginia Tech.
