The Bills are adjusting their practices because of illnesses on the team.

Five players will be absent from Wednesday's practice because of illness, including defensive linemen JordanPhillips and Tim Settle, and linebacker Matt Milano.

There are not enough healthy players for the Bills to do 11-on-11 work.

The team doesn't have enough numbers to practice. "We're going to adjust a little bit, we'll go out there and do some individual and then have to just service offense, service defense, so some of this is affected by that."

Josh Allen will be limited in practice on Wednesday because of his elbow injury. Allen wore a sleeve on his right arm during the portion of practice open to the media.

Some of the drills that Case and Matt were throwing in were not thrown in by Allen.

It's a day by day thing, according to McDermott. I'm not saying that because anything has changed, but we have to look at where we're at after today and what tomorrow looks like and how he is.

Some guys are able to practice the way they normally wouldn't because of injuries. We will just be flexible.

Safety Jordan Poyer and defensive back Kaiir Elam returned to practice after missing time because of injuries.

The Bills are dealing with the weather as well. The team practiced indoors Wednesday as multiple feet of snow is expected in the days leading up to the game.

If the team is not able to come to the facility on Friday or Saturday due to weather, plans are being put in place to make up for it.
