Gary is 36 years old and retired from football.
During his time at the club, he won eight major honours, including two premier league titles and two FA cups.
He started his career at Villa and went on to play in 61 international matches.
"I created some incredible memories by achieving things I once dreamed of," said the man.

He was let go by Bournemouth at the end of last season.
