Todd and Julie Chrisley should be sentenced to 22 years in prison for defrauding community banks of tens of millions of dollars and then obstructing the investigation against them, according to federal prosecutors.

The Chrisleys were accused of conspiracy to commit bank fraud, conspiracy to defraud the United States and tax fraud. Chrisley was charged with obstruction of justice.

The Chrisleys said that someone else had control of their finances.

The defendants in this case will be sentenced on November 21.
