Jet2 encourages agents to face their fears by sharing a video of their trade team skydiving.
At the company's eighth annual conference in Portugal, the video was shown to 350 delegates, who were urged to have the "courage and audacity" to confront challenges in order to succeed.
Alan Cross, who completed the skydive along with general manager of trade sales Lloyd Cross, encouraged agents to look for ways to grow their business rather than looking for excuses to fail.
He said this week is about having the courage to take risks.
The conference has been built around positive vibes.
If you want to challenge yourself, you don't need to jump out of a plane. If you find ways to grow your business, you can do this every day.
In order to succeed, we must all take risks, face our fears and challenge ourselves.
