Air Canada’s new business class amenity kits

Air Canada's business class customers on international long haul flights will be offered amenity kits.

The yellow color of the amenity travel bag is intended to make it easy to reuse. There are bath and body products in the kit. The kit also contains an eye mask, socks, a dental kit, a cloth for glasses, and earplugs.

Those traveling in Signature Class on overnight flights in North America will receive upgraded kits, which include a tote bag, an eye mask, and socks.

It's logical that airlines and luxury brands would work together. Airlines want to offer premium products to their business class passengers, and many luxury brands like to give samples of their products to a wealthy crowd. Premium collaborations can cost airlines a lot of money.

I assumed Air Canada's new kits looked similar when I saw them. They are very similar to the amenity kits that the airline introduced last year.

Given the company's distinctive branding, there won't be a lot of variation between the kits.

I'm not sure about the timing of this. There will be new Armani amenities in business class. I am not sure if Air Canada is also changing up their kits as a result of this change.

There was an exclusive agreement between the two airlines on amenity kits. Maybe it isn't. Air Canada is getting a similar experience.

Bottom line

In business class, Air Canada is giving out amenity kits. I think these kits will be a good upgrade for Air Canada business class passengers.
