Owen said she was sharing the personal story because it made her question him as a person.
A conservative firebrand said that Trump twisted an interview.
She said that is not being a leader, that is not owning things that you did wrong, that is not owning that you misunderstood something about your base. That isn't growing or developing.
Owens asked if he was getting too angry after she realized he was not listening.
Owens said that Trump was having fun and the energy was electric. She said he became paranoid after the 2020 election.
He was rude to her.
There are conversations going on behind Trump's back that need to be made public. She wondered if he has a vision for the future. She said it needs to be more than that.
According to The Guardian, some of Trump's advisers are urging him to delay his presidential campaign.
She said there's a sense of "trepidation" in Trump, which was evident in his swing at Ron DeSantis. Trump referred to Ron DeSanctimonious as an "average Republican governor" in a series of posts on Truth Social.
In this election cycle, Trump endorsed more than 330 GOP candidates for state and federal office, but several of them were defeated or failed to win.
Owens said that the results of the mid-term elections show that Trump and his base are not sure and that he needs to exercise a little more humility.
