The earliest Black Friday promotion was announced by Norwegian Cruise Line. The first time the cruise line has had a holiday marketing campaign set around the theme of the traditional day- after-Thanksgiving shopping frenzy, it started weeks before and lasts weeks after.

A second guest can sail free for any voyage on any ship in Norwegian Cruise Line's 18-ship fleet. NCL gives passengers hundreds of destinations to choose from.

It's not a bad stocking stuffer.

Travelers can choose up to six add-ons when they combine the promotion with Norwegian's free at sea offer.

The bar is free.

Specialty dining is free of charge.

There is a free shore excursions credit.

There is free wi-fi.

When airfare is bought for the first guest, there is free airfare for the second guest.

The discounted rates for friends and family, which offer guests three and four, regardless of age, to sail free or at a reduced rate of $99 per person based on select sailings when sharing a stateroom with guests one and two, are available for friends and family.

Black Friday has a value of up to $3,450 if you add 'Free At Sea' to it.
