After announcing the end of her marriage to Tom Brady just two weeks ago, Gisele Bndchen is now the owner of a Miami Beach area house. She bought an Art Deco style cottage in the small town of Surfside months before the couple split. The home that she closed on is close to Brady's home that is being renovated.
According to sources connected with the former couple, Brady was aware of his ex- wife's plan to purchase the property in order to make co-parenting easier. They have two children, 12-year-old Benjamin and nine-year-oldVivian. Bndchen has a private estate tucked away on a cul-de-sac that gives her and her children privacy.
In 2020, Brady and Bndchen purchased a $17 million plot of land on Indian Creek Island, also known as Billionaire Bunker, because of the wealthy residents who lived there. The couple tore down the old home and built an eco-friendly mansion in its place.
Bndchen's new property spans 6,600 square feet and includes five-bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as numerous terraces with views of the water. There is an outdoor pool, a home theater, a gym, an eat-in kitchen, and a playroom in the house. The home is located on a waterfront plot with a dock, pool, and access to the creek.
