There is a sequel in the works. The developer said that Control 2 would be a joint project with the publisher. The sequel will launch on the PC, PS 5, and Xbox Series X / S, according to Remedy.

With Control 2, we’ll take another leap into the unknown. It’ll be an unexpected journey. It’ll take a while, but to put it mildly, this is the most exciting project I’ve ever worked on. It’s still early days, but it will be worth the wait.
The sequel to the Control game is what Remedy said it was working on earlier this year. Prior to that, it was known as Code name Heron. A spinoff of the franchise is in the works.
