Travelers should be excited about the interiors of Korean Air's new A321neos. Korean Air has a narrow body aircraft.
There are a total of 30 firm orders for the A321neo from Korean Air. The first A321neo will be put into service on regional routes as of December 2022.
Korean Air has been refreshing and expanding its fleet.
The airline will be getting rid of its older Boeings. Korean Air is expanding its narrow body fleet due to the fact that the new generation of narrow body aircraft are more fuel efficient than their predecessors.
The interiors of Korean Air's planes are not special. The A321neos have some nice surprises. Korean Air will have a total of 182 seats on the A321neos.
The eight business class seats on Korean Air's A321neos are spread across two rows. Korean Air will have flat beds for the first time. These seats are the same ones that you will find on a lot of airlines.
Business class seats have a pitch of 63′′ and width of 19′′, as well as a personal monitor, wireless charging, and a tray table.
Some of the features you won't find on other airlines are included in this updated version. It's better than what you'll find on other Korean Air jets.
There are 174 economy class seats on Korean Air's new A321neos. The seats have a pitch of 31-22′′, a width of 17.8′′ and a reclined angle of 121 degrees.
The A321neo economy seats will have a personal monitor, a coat hook, and a power outlet. It looks like a nice product.
It is interesting that the airline went with cloth seats instead of leather seats. Korean Air should keep those clean.
I want to know if the A321neo interiors are a sign of things to come. The airline has traditionally used turquoise and dark blue finishes for their cabins.
Below are the pictures of Korean Air's economy and businees classes.
Korean Air's old design style is to be polite. Korean Air's new A321neos appear to have a new design style.
I like the new style design but the contrast between the bland business class seat finishes and the over-the-top economy class seat finishes is odd.
Korean Air will have service with the A321neos. There are 30 of these planes on order, and they will be used for a lot of routes. Korean Air is the first airline to offer flat beds in business class. In terms of space and amenities, this appears to be a pleasant product.
Korean Air's A321neos seem to have a new design theme. The old interiors will not be missed by me.
