A wide range of sensible suggestions, gripes, meme, and borderline lunacy flooded in within hours, though a number of irrelevant subjects also managed to squeeze their way in.

There are a lot of issues raised in the replies, including suspended accounts, requests for various features, and a lot of confusion.

Several replies asked for a dislike button, others for a redesign of the website, and at least one person called for the return of Fleets, the short-lived attempt at competing with the likes ofSnapchat andInstagram. One person asked how to open a jar of mayonnaise with a stuck lid and another person asked how to save a hair.

Considering how his time is now taken up by five large enterprises, it's no wonder that Musk has only responded to one of the replies.

Musk replied to every reply in one fell swoop, saying "please note that Twitter will do lots of dumb things in coming months." We will change what doesn't work.
