The wide receiving corps is tired of being blamed for the team's offensive struggles.

The criticism of the receivers isn't sitting well, according to Jeremy Fowler.

The Green Bay offense has lacked chemistry all season, with Rodgers going from back-to-backMVP to one of the worst starting quarterbacks. His seven picks are the most he's had in a full season since 2016 and he's currently 27th among the starting quarterbacks.

Currently, no Packers wideout is close to 1,000 receiving yards. Allen Lazard leads the team with 437 yards on 30 catches, but he hasn't been a consistent target. The rookies have dealt with injuries and have not been impressive when they are on the field.

The Packers had an entire training camp and more than two months of a regular season to fix things after Rodgers missed out on organized team activities. They scored 9 points against the Detroit Lions.

Davante Adams was traded without a plan on how to replace him. The Packers had two first-round picks and selected a pair of defensive players before taking a gamble on a second-round pick. I wonder if the front office should have used those two firsts to move up and pick someone else.

Rodgers was always going to be a project after he played at North Dakota State. He isn't on a patient timetable.

After more silence from Lambeau at the trade deadline, it's clear that the offensive misfires were mostly at the feet of the people making roster decisions.
