It has been a long time since the feature was made. In April 2020, a group of drivers asked Musk if the car's interior camera could be used for a meeting, but the company remained silent. Musk said that video conferencing was a future feature of the car.
According to Nitasha Walia, the group product manager, Zoom is coming to all newTesla models soon. In a short demo, the feature was shown in action in a Model Y that had a cabin camera above the rear-view mirror. If you look closely, you'll see that the zoom call is accessed from the car's built in calendar feature.
There are still many unanswered questions regarding the calls. It is not likely that the feature will be available while driving. We don't know if it will be available only on wi-fi or if it will be required.

End-to-end encryption when emails are sent between two users, and an appointment booking feature, make it easier for users to select an available time for a meeting.
