Conclusion

The Chase United Business Card offer is the best we have seen. You have to spend $20,000 within six months to get the full bonus.

The second part of the bonus is 75K miles for an extra $15K in spending. That’s 5X miles per dollar, which is a nice earning rate. However if you have other means to earn 5X on that spend, it might not be as enticing of an offer.

Capital One Venture is increasing their offer. You can earn 75,000 miles after spending $4000 in the first 3 months of your card's existence. Venture will give you 2X miles on all purchases and Capital One travel. Cash back and transfer to travel partners can be done with points.
