The winning numbers were red and white. The power play was doubled.

At 8:57 a.m. there is a drawing at the Florida lottery studio. It took more than 10 hours for it to come.

There is more from personal finance.

The tax bill for whoever wins the next Powerball annuity is here.

The drawing was supposed to take place late Monday night. The Multi-State Lottery Association did not identify the problem in a single state.

The association said in a statement before the draw that one lottery is processing its sales and play data.

All 48 lotteries have to submit their sales and play data before the winning numbers are chosen. The drawing can go on once the outstanding submission is received.

We will not know the official results of the drawing until Tuesday morning due to the length of the draw delay.
