The Texas Republican rode in the parade in a car that didn't score a lot of points with fans. Thousands of people booed Cruz at the parade. The Texas Senator received a negative reaction from people in his home state. The Houston Chronicle reported that the lieutenant governor was booed.
One user compared the two conservative politicians toflies at a cookout, while another said that "assholes just gotta put some stink in everything."
Cruz was booed when he attended a Yankees game in New York during the playoffs.
