Tyson was booked for criminal intoxication and public intoxication in Washington County, Arkansas.

According to an arrest report obtained by local NBC affiliate KNWA, a woman in Arkansas discovered Tyson sleeping in her bed and called the police.

Tyson Foods is aware of the incident but refused to comment on the personal matter, according to the company's spokesman.
