The Sympathizer is an adaptation of the novel of the same name. To prepare for the role, Downey enlisted his two children to shave his head, giving him a new look that's a far cry from his slick hair.
The "Sr." premiere saw the debut of Downey Jr.'s shaved hair. The life of the actor's father is explored in the documentary.
The film, directed by Chris Smith, was given an early 100% rating by the reviewers on the website.
