The unpopularity of Musk has never been higher. The divisive billionaire has made a lot of controversial changes, including laying off a lot of staff and charging accounts for verification, that have turned him into persona non grata in some corners of the internet. Musk comes across as a resentful jerk who wants to get revenge on everyone who has ever been mean to him.
Musk has a lot in common with movie villains who want to ruin the world. Musk is already wealthier than God, has an ego the size of his vast fortune, and is close to becoming a supervillain. While Musk doesn't have the charisma of a movie villain, his many similarities with them prove how close he is to becoming one.
Don't Look Up was a film that was divisive. Two scientists are trying to raiseawareness in the population as a comet approaches Earth. Don't Look Up is less clever and entertaining than McKay's previous work. The film features a massive ensemble cast of esteemed actors, including an Oscar winner as Peter Isherwell.
Isherwell is a take on real life billionaires like Musk. He wants to mining the comet so that it will destroy it and leave Earth richer in rare earth elements. The worst aspects of the elite are represented by Isherwell. Like most real-life billionaires, Isherwell uses his wealth to manipulate and handle others, using every tool at his disposal to craft the narrative and let the gullible public do the rest.
Don't Look Up can be watched on the streaming service.
It's as fresh and original as it was 21 years ago. A charming and subversive take on the fairy tale genre, Shrek flips the script and gives a story full of humor and compassion at the expense of the traditional wholesomeness that first made those stories famous. It's clear thathappily-ever-afters are not only for flawless princesses and handsome princes.
The ridiculous yet cruel Lord Farquaad was found to be the villain of the tale. The textbook definition of a Napoleon complex includes the small and bitter Farquaad. Farquaad pushes others with his power to make himself appear taller. Farquaad thinks he is in on the joke when in fact he is the joke. Everyone laughs when Farquaad is in trouble, but no one watches him when he goes.
You can watch the show on Peacock.
Topher Grace isn't one of Spider-Man's great villains. It's true that Spider-Man 3 is flawed but it could be better if it had more focus. The plot follows PeterParker as he becomes corrupted by the Venom symbiote, bringing out his worst instincts and damaging every relationship in his life Eddie Brock was introduced in the film as a competitor to Peter at the Daily Bugle.
Brock went to a church and prayed to the god to kill Peter after he was humiliated by the symbiote. Brock's first act as Venom is to avenge Peter. He is a small man who uses his power to make himself bigger and wreak havoc just because he can. There are similarities between real life billionaires who live large at the expense of millions of workers and real life billionaires who fire workers at will via e-mail.
It's possible to watch Spider-Man 3 on the internet.
The Incredibles is one of the best Pixar films of all time. A superpowered family is forced to hide their abilities in order to survive in a world where the government condemns their abilities. The family must become the "supers" they were always meant to be when the father gets caught up in the plot of an old ally-turned-foe.
Syndrome is a disgruntled former fan of Mr. Incredible who uses his intelligence to help himself. Syndrome allowed one event to mark his entire life, and he blamed the world for how he felt and wanted to hurt other people. Syndrome is sad and pathetic because he is not a victim and will never be. Syndrome wants to make the term "super" irrelevant by overthrowing thelords and peasants system.
On Disney+, you can watch The Incredibles.
Scott uses real-life people and historical facts to make Gladiator one-dimensional. It is so entertaining that we can't help but ignore the inconsistencies. The plot concerns a man who became a gladiator to avenge the deaths of his family and former emperor.
Phoenix was nominated for his performance as Commodus, the film's main villain. Commodus is desperate for validation and hopes that his new position as emperor will give him it. He doesn't understand why he can't get the same respect and admiration as others. I don't know what will happen if that doesn't remind you of billionaires trying to appear cool and relevant.
You can watch Gladiator on the streaming service.
