Clear stopped its service inside Terminal 7 just weeks after it opened.
When Clear brought its security experience to Terminal 7 a month ago, it meant it was in three JFK terminals.
The company has temporarily closed its Terminal 7 operation. The JFK locations of Clear are shown on the website.
Company officials did not say why they changed. JFK's Terminal 7 is experiencing rapid change when it comes to the airlines it serves.
At the end of October, United Airlines ended its daily transcontinental flights to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and San Francisco International Airport (SFO) at Terminal 7. A clear partner is United.
There will be more movement in November and December. British Airways is moving to Terminal 8 in December to join American Airlines in the Oneworld alliance.

Delta Air Lines operates out of Terminal 2 and 4 at JFK, which are the two JFK terminals in which Clear's kiosks remain in operation. Clear is available in both Terminals from 4:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The only remaining domestic carrier in Terminal 7 is Alaska Airlines, which is why the kiosks are still there.
Henderson noted that the PreCheck lanes remained open.
This time, Clear calls it a "temporary" closing. We will be keeping an eye on the company's plans for its JFK service going forward after United moved away from JFK.
Clear can be used at more than 60 other airports and stadiums nationwide, including in New York at LaGuardia Airport.
Memberships cost $189 annually but you can get the service for free with a variety of credit cards like The Business Platinum Card from American Express, which currently has a hefty introductory bonus of 150,000 Membership rewards points after you spend $15,000 on eligible purchases in the first three months of cardmembership.
